Client Obligations
Information Provision
Clients must provide:

- Updates on any changes to security requirements
Cooperation Requirements
Clients agree to:
- Provide safe working conditions for security personnel
- Allow reasonable access to premises and facilities
- Comply with security recommendations and procedures
- Report security incidents promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of security arrangements
Payment Terms
Fees and Charges
- Service fees are as agreed in the service contract or quote
- Rates may vary based on service type, duration, and complexity
- Emergency and after-hours services may incur additional charges
- Travel expenses may apply for services outside Melbourne metropolitan area
- Equipment costs are additional unless specified otherwise
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed
- Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
- Credit checks may be conducted for corporate clients
- Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and company cheque
Liability and Insurance
Professional Liability
PPS Security maintains:

Limitation of Liability
Important: While we maintain comprehensive insurance and follow industry best practices, security services cannot guarantee the prevention of all incidents. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as specified in individual service agreements.
Confidentiality
PPS Security maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, security arrangements, and operational details. This includes:
- Client business information and trade secrets
- Security vulnerabilities and risk assessments
- Access codes, procedures, and protocols
- Personnel information and background details
- Incident reports and investigation findings
Confidentiality obligations continue beyond the termination of services, except where disclosure is required by law or for law enforcement purposes.
Service Termination
Notice Periods
- Regular services: 30 days written notice
- Short-term contracts: As specified in agreement
- Emergency services: Immediate termination with notice
- Breach of contract: Immediate termination rights
Post-Termination Obligations
- Return of all client property and access materials
- Final service reports and documentation
- Settlement of outstanding fees and expenses
- Continued confidentiality obligations
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
